Kristen has been performing and teaching music for over 12 years. She began her musical journey studying classical music through the Suzuki method before going on to study jazz and contemporary styles at the Australian Institute of Music. After completing her Bachelor of Music in Performance, Kristen deepened her passion for jazz, soul, and pop, and began writing her own material. Singing became a natural extension of her desire to connect and communicate with audiences.

Kristen now performs as both a keyboardist and vocalist and has shared the stage with some of Australia’s finest artists, including Marcia Hines, Casey Donovan, Dami Im, Samantha Jade, Gabriella Cilmi as well as international pop star Hilary Duff. Her performances have also featured on major television programs such as X Factor, Sunrise, and The Morning Show.

Alongside her performing career, Kristen founded Studio K Music Tuition, growing the studio over a decade to more than 100 students per week with a team of dedicated teachers. During this time, she developed an early childhood music program for children aged 0–5, driven by a strong desire to share her love of music with future generations.

Following the COVID-19 pandemic, the structure of Kristen’s business evolved in response to her growing family and changes in location. She is now focused on bringing her knowledge, experience, and passion directly into schools, preschools, and daycares. Through powerful, engaging musical interactions, Kristen aims to inspire creativity, confidence, and a lifelong connection to music in the next generation of musicians.
